Initial Enquiry

When you contact our office, you’ll chat to one of our friendly staff who will ask you some questions regarding where you plan on putting the bin, as well as what volume of waste you’re discarding.

Our team will also ask for your address so they can use google maps to figure out where to place your bin, as placing the bin on the road requires council permits, elevating the cost.

From here, our team will provide you with a quote and arrange a time for the bin to arrive on your property. Keep in mind we require at least 1 business days’ notice to guarantee your optimal delivery time. However, we always try to accommodate. An early call can get you a skip the same day.

Filling your Skip Bin

Once your bin has arrived, you can begin filling it with your waste. It’s important to remember that you are prohibited from filling your bin with certain items, in the same way that overfilling your bin is also prohibited.

Pickup Time

Once you’ve filled your bin as desired, let us know so we can come and pick it up! Our standard hire period is three days. However, if you’re ready for your bin to be picked up sooner, or wish to extend the hire period, simply get in touch.

What happens to your waste?

When your waste arrives back at CopperRock, our experienced team sort through the rubbish to find any recyclables so that waste is minimised. All remaining waste is safely transported into landfill.
